In Person Participants are entitled to:

• Access to all live scientific presentations, including posters.
• Access to the exhibition booth.
• Certificate of attendance.
• Electronic access to all abstracts and e-posters.
• PDF format Book of Abstracts.
• Coffee breaks and buffet lunches.

Online Participants are entitled to:

• Livestreaming of the congress.
• Access to videos on-demand for 3 weeks post-congress.
• Certificate of attendance.
• Electronic access to all abstracts and e-posters.
• PDF format Book of Abstracts.

Modification Policy

• Charges apply for upgrading from online to in-person.
• No refunds for downgrading from in-person to online.
• No charge for delegate substitution (authorization letter required 2 days before event).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelation received before May 13 midnight - 50% refund, minus 70€ for administrative fees.
• No refund on cancellations made after May13.
• Participation fees for the dinner cannot be refunded.
• Bank transfer fees will not be refunded.

Bank Transfers
Bank transfers require an additional €19 fees. Transfer deadline is May 13.
